Decorate a Clock or a Birdhouse

Each spring we have our annual gala event in which we auction off the many wonderful birdhouses that have been decorated by our local artists. The birdhouses are built by the woodworking class at the Albany District's Abrookin Vo-Tech school. This year the shop class will be making wooden clocks that we are offering to our very creative local artists to decorate as an alternative to the birdhouses.

Already registered as an artist?

If you have elected to decorate a birdhouse or clock, you can can pick up the blank birdhouse or clock at the Historic Albany Foundation administrative offices at 89 Lexington Ave in Albany. They are open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. If you wish to call first the number is 465-0876 extension 10. Please bring your artwork to the Historic Albany Foundation by the deadlline for submission, which is Friday, May 20th at 5 pm.
