Submit an application for funding
ACAE funds arts in education programs for students in the schools of the city of Albany. We fund programs or services that meet the following criteria:
Funds awarded must be used to fund a program or service that promotes arts in education in the Albany City Schools.

The program or service must benefit multiple students.

Availability of funding by traditional funding sources (federal, state, local) will be considered in review of applications.

The applicant who will be providing oversight of the program or service must complete and submit the application to ACAE at the mailing address listed below.

ACAE's Board of Directors must approve the program or service being funded. ACAE may request a meeting with applicants as part of the review process.

Funds awarded cannot be used for any purpose other than that specified in the awardee's application and in the agreement between the awardee and ACAE. The awardee must submit a detailed expenditure report to ACAE within sixty (60) days of receipt of award. Any funds that remain unspent by the completion date indicated on the form must be returned to ACAE no later than 30 days after that date.

Applicants should provide documents, printed matter, photos and/or videos relative to the program being funded.

To help communicate the existence of ACAE and the availability of funds applicant(s) are required to publicly acknowledge funding received from ACAE.
