The financial support ACAE provides for Albany students' art and performance activities is made possible in large part by funds raised at our annual event, where objects donated by members of the art community are sold at auction.
Now embracing a variety of artistic media, ACAE's annual fundraiser began with a focus on custom-designed birdhouses. Artists have the option of creating a functional or decorative birdhouse or other original artwork of their choosing. You can construct your own birdhouse or use one of the undecorated birdhouses constructed by students in the Albany City Schools. These are available free upon request.

The finished birdhouses and other works of art will become part of the silent auction event. Contributing artists will receive one complimentary ticket to the silent auction, plus one additional ticket at half price.
ACAE is a 501(c)(3) corporation chartered under New York law, so your contribution is entirely tax-deductible. We will provide a receipt for your contribution but tax regulations prohibit us from specifying a cash value.
